Before joining Ibn Haldun Faculty of Educational Sciences, Dr Thseen Nazir completed his PhD from Ankara University and had worked during the two year in Gandhi fellowship program in India. He worked for two year in Gandhi Fellowship, which is a unique and new kind of Fellowship and was designed to develop young change leaders who embody and practice leadership skills that are needed to cause large scale social and public systems change. The two year work profile include counselling, guidance, designing and execution of workshops of School Principles, Teaching classes and tracking the performance, Marketing the Principal Leadership building program and Continuously supported in the various tools and document designing.
Bullying, Counselling with multicultural and multidimensional aspects, Cognitive therapy, Child Development, Phubbing and technological invasion in social context and Adjustment issues of foreign students while pursuing their degrees.
