With the Participation of Our Academicians, Integration of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies into Education was Discussed
The School of Education, in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence-Innovative Learning and Teaching Coordinatorship, organized a meeting to strengthen the knowledge and skills of our faculty members on innovative approaches in education.

The School of Education Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling hosted a comprehensive meeting in collaboration with our university’s Coordinatordhip of Innovative Learning and Teaching- Artificial Intelligence on Thursday, December 12. The event focused on the role of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in teaching processes, aiming to enhance the knowledge and skills of faculty members in innovative educational approaches within the framework of digital transformation.

In the first session of the meeting, theoretical insights were shared regarding the use of artificial intelligence in education. Presentations covered active learning methods and the effective use of digital tools, along with examples of how AI can make teaching processes more creative and efficient. This session raised awareness among participants about the potential of technological innovations in education.

Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence and Student-Focused Applications and Benefits in Teaching Processes were discussed

The second session involved a hands-on workshop. Participants worked in small groups to develop projects on integrating AI into course content. Each group designed innovative ideas aimed at addressing individual learning needs, increasing student engagement, and diversifying learning processes. Throughout this session, AI-supported analysis tools, personalized learning methods, and interactive platforms were highlighted as key elements in transforming education.

Following the group workshops, a sharing session was held where the ideas and experiences generated were presented to all participants. This interactive discussion created a rich knowledge network by combining suggestions from diverse perspectives. Additionally, in-depth discussions were held on the ethical use of AI, student-centered applications, and the benefits AI brings to teaching processes.

As the School of Education, we remain committed to supporting our faculty members in adapting to digital transformation through such events. We extend our gratitude to all participating faculty members and look forward to exploring and developing innovative educational methods together in the future.
