The Faculty of Educational Sciences at İbn Haldun University organized an “AI-Supported Research Programs Training” on Thursday, December 19, with the request and support of the Rectorate. The training aimed to enhance the efficiency of academic work and promote the effective use of AI-powered tools. The training was given by Sönmez Çelik, Head of our Library Department.
The session was designed for the academics of the Faculty of Educational Sciences to introduce them to AI-based tools and library resources that can support their academic research. Participants explored tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Gamma, and DeepL, along with the features of the Discovery Tool and databases provided by İbn Haldun University Library. Topics like literature review, data analysis, academic writing, and selecting the right journal were also covered.
The training provided a useful experience, offering practical insights into the challenges academics face in modern research processes.
