A graduation dinner was organized for the senior students of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at the Beykoz Mecidiye Pavilion on June 11, 2026. Held within the historic atmosphere of the pavilion, the dinner brought students and academic staff together around the same table to celebrate the joy of graduation with a meaningful organization.
The event was attended by Vice Rector Prof.Özcan Erkan Akgün, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences Prof. Şener Büyüköztürk, Head of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling Prof. Nihal Yapıcı, as well as esteemed faculty members.
Held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the program highlighted the students’ four-year academic journey, the memories they had created together, and the excitement of graduation. Faculty members congratulated the graduating students and wished them success in their professional careers, expressing their hope that they would become ethical psychological counselors committed to lifelong learning and making meaningful contributions to society.
The graduating students, in turn, were delighted to reunite with the faculty members who had guided and supported them throughout their education. The evening provided an opportunity not only to celebrate their achievements but also to bid a heartfelt farewell to their university years. Conversations, commemorative photographs, and shared memories made the occasion even more meaningful.
