A workshop titled "Peer Bullying Prevention and Intervention Program" was organized in collaboration between İbn Haldun University and the TÜRGEV Psychological Counseling Center. The event was hosted at Safveti Pasha Mansion, TÜRGEV’s headquarters in Sirkeci, on June 21–22, 2025.
Prof. Dr. Sefa Bulut, a faculty member at our university, served on the organizing committee and delivered the opening speech together with Semanur Yavan Balcı, Deputy Director General of the Education Services Department at TÜRGEV. In addition, Dr. Nagehan Pakdamar Tüzgen, a research assistant at our faculty, gave a brief presentation introducing İbn Haldun University during the opening session.
The workshop was enriched by the contributions of participants from various institutions and disciplines, all coming together around a shared focus on education. Throughout the program, participants engaged with a comprehensive training agenda, covering topics ranging from cyberbullying and legal aspects to case studies, practical applications, and sociological perspectives. The workshop concluded with the presentation of reports on selected focus topics at the end of the second day.
