Academics of our university shared their knowledge and experience with future teachers within the scope of the Candidate Teacher Academy program organized by Başakşehir Directorate of National Education on 25 November and 2 December 2023 at Mehmet Emin Saraç Cultural Center.
The comprehensive training program organized by Başakşehir Directorate of National Education aims to equip prospective teachers with the necessary tools and knowledge for a successful career in education.
Ibn Haldun University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. İrfan Gündüz, Faculty of Educational Sciences undergraduate and graduate academicians Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut, Prof. Sefa Bulut, Assoc. Dr. Ahmet Göçen, Dr. Sümeyye Kuşakçı, Dr. Ayşegül İşlekeller Bozca and Research Assistant Nagehan Pakdamar Tüzgen shared their knowledge and experiences in the program. In their speeches, our academicians addressed various topics covering basic issues related to teaching in line with their special interests and areas of expertise. The program, which was organized within the scope of training programs covering topics such as innovative teaching methods, use of technology, psychological resilience of teachers, leadership in education, project development and professional ethics, was held with the active participation of candidate teachers in the first year of their teaching career.
